Singapore Oceanarium transforms into a glowing underwater world with neon art installations, deep-sea animal keychain workshops, interactive light-painting, marine-themed face painting and trick-or-treat surprises for children, included with general admission. An optional Animal Spotlight: Manta Rays add-on costs S$28 per person, and live light-painting and illuminated performances run on selected October weekends.
