The June 2026 school holidays run from 30 May to 28 June. Parents are actively shortlisting June camps right now. The centres that fill first are not the ones with the biggest ad budgets. They are the ones whose holiday camp marketing in Singapore started with the right audience, not the biggest one.
If you are reading this in May, you have three weeks. That is enough to fill your camp. But only if you stop waiting for Instagram to do the work and use the channels that actually convert.
Here are five things to do, in order.
Most enrichment centres sit on their most valuable marketing asset and do nothing with it.
Parents who have already enrolled their child with you convert at 3 to 5 times the rate of cold leads. A well-timed WhatsApp message to 100 existing families is worth more than a $500 Facebook campaign targeting strangers in the same area. You do not need to pay for trust you have already earned.
The mistake most centres make is using a group blast. Group messages to your parent WhatsApp group get scrolled past. Individual messages get replies. Centres that message existing parents one-to-one see response rates of 30 to 50 percent. Group blasts to the same audience rarely break 10 percent.
Keep each message short and end it with a question:
“Hi [Name], hope [Child] is enjoying [class] this term. Our June holiday camp just opened for bookings: [Camp Dates]. I wanted to let current families know first before it goes public. Want me to send the details?”
The question matters. It invites a reply, which opens a conversation, which closes a booking.
For organic booking strategies that apply year-round, the guide on how to get more bookings without spending on ads covers the full picture.
A weak listing will lose enquiries from every free channel you use.
This is the step most centres skip. They mention their Jungle listing in WhatsApp messages and social posts before updating it for the new camp season. Then they wonder why the clicks do not convert.
A listing with outdated pricing, no photos, and a thin description turns parents away at the exact moment they are ready to enquire. Fix it first. Then drive traffic to it.
Your camp description is doing more work than you think. It is frequently the only thing a parent reads before deciding whether to contact you or move to the next result.

By week 2, your warm audience has heard from you. Now expand without spending a cent.
Week 1 covers parents who already know you. Week 2 is about reaching parents who have never heard of your centre.
One strong social post with a real photo from a past camp will outperform a designed graphic with stock imagery every time. Parents on Instagram and Facebook respond to evidence: a kid mid-activity, a group of children genuinely absorbed in something. Your caption needs three things: what the camp is, when it runs, and how to sign up. Do not list every activity in the schedule. One clear action, one link.
Singapore parents also discuss camp options actively in Facebook groups and Telegram channels. A genuine, non-salesy post in the right thread can generate 5 to 15 new enquiries at no cost. Check group rules before posting. Many allow business listings in a designated weekly thread or as replies to recommendations requests.
Even when parents find you through these channels, specific friction points stop them from booking. Why Singapore parents don’t book with you even when they find you goes into exactly what those are.
Week 3 is for parents who have been thinking about it. Give them a reason to decide now.
Seats-remaining messaging works when the scarcity is genuine. “8 spots left for the 16 June week” converts better than “sign up now.” Fake urgency collapses the moment a parent asks and discovers there are plenty of spots. Specific is trustworthy. Vague reads as a sales line.
Use your actual headcount. If you have 12 spots per day and 7 are filled, say you have 5 left.
Week 3 is also the right moment to ask booked parents for a referral. Not week 1, when they have no reason to recommend you yet. Week 3, when they have committed and are looking forward to the camp. One line at the end of any follow-up message:
“By the way, if you know a family whose child would enjoy this, feel free to pass this along. We have a few spots left for [date].”
No referral fee needed. Parents share when there is a real deadline and a genuine endorsement behind it.
The most underrated conversion factor is not your offer. It is your response time.
70 percent of parent enquiries come in after 6pm. If your WhatsApp Business auto-reply is off, or your reply arrives 18 hours later, the parent has already booked elsewhere. The camp they chose was not better than yours. It just replied faster.
One automated message changes this. A WhatsApp Business auto-reply that acknowledges the enquiry immediately and sets an expectation keeps the conversation warm until you can follow up personally.
“Thanks for your interest in our June camp. I will send you the full details shortly. In the meantime, here is our booking page: [link].”
That is all it takes. The parent knows you received their message, they have something to look at while they wait, and the door stays open.
Most enrichment centres go quiet between terms, which means parents only hear from you when you need something. What happens to revenue during the term break explains why staying in contact year-round makes every camp launch easier.
They do not start with Instagram. They do not start with ads. They start with the 100 or 200 families who already trust them, get their listing in order, and expand from there.
Week 1 is warm outreach. Week 2 is free discovery. Week 3 is urgency and referrals. In that order.
Full capacity does not mean your business is at full capacity. A sold-out June camp is the starting line for the next term and the December camp. Not the finish line.
